Saturday Totals

Done and done. I have my water in me, and I might have a nice hot cuppa mint tea later as we settle in to watch a movie. But food today is finished.

1785/1980 not too shabby! Weight in tomorrow. I didn't peak today so I'm excited.

Good morning
Can we try eggs or egg substitutes for breakfasts. The high crab mornings are slowing you down !! No flour or refined sugar before 2PM. Try an omelette with some veggies, no toast, no taters. Add an apple after and you are good to go. Morning protein first !! It works wonders !!
