Wallowing in Mediocrity
I wonder when I'm going to get sick of posting the same shit about how I'm "trying" but not succeeding? Lets hope its soon.
I hope you don't get sick of posting because for one it helps you stay accountable and you may not know it but it does help others out there going through the same thing. So keep going. You know I'm rootin for ya.
My mood about weight loss and blogging goes in cycles/circles...
Sometimes I get really sick of counting calories, blogging about weight loss issues... but I just make myself do it because even if today I'm not feeling good about it.. I know that in a few days that cloud will lift and I'll be back into the game!
And that's why we are all here.. we can't all be perfect and 100% on top of things ALL the time.. so we pick up from other people when we are down and visa-versa.
I was miserable yesterday about it ALL.. and today I'm feeling much better and positive.. it just happens!
You have to stop & think about WHY you wanted to lose your weight. Get in touch with that feeling you had when you first started. Read your first posts over again. Stop getting crap to eat after work and acting like it *accidentally* got in your mouth. YOU have control over what you buy & eat, Tamzin!!!! Is this harsh? I guess so but I hate to see you give up in frustration so soon after starting.
