Today is day one. I have an email with my stuff from Allan waiting for me when I get home.
Before I got to work I had already had...31.9 oz of water. I'm another 24oz in now.
This Phase three is not that much different from what we have been doing all along. Lots O water, eat good for you food in smaller amounts.
I did not start out great last night. I ate too much and didn't push my plate away as soon as I should have. I have to calculate it out today when I get a moment.. which might not happen until I get home tonight.
Right...back to the water.
December... get ready. I'm coming down!

You've got it in you, you've proven it to yourself and to us so many times, so I know you can do it!! It's just a small change in our mindset and the rest is easy peasy! I'm rooting for both of us to get down the the low weight Allan has calculated for us!
Oh, we've got phase III in the bag. Are you doing your goal calories, or 1200 calories?
I'm shooting for 1200, since I've done goal calories on the SDDDY. Trying something different, for a mere three weeks, to see what it can teach me.

Ann... I'm undecided. I don't feel that I need the full calorie range, but I dont want to go down to 1200... and the rules are that its one or the other...
so, I am torn. I'm going to lower it as close to 1200 as I will go... 1550 for this week and see how it goes.
