Spawn - Day 6 (Weigh In)

Phase 3 first weigh in... I saw Allans predictions yesterday and was scared... I've not been weighing myself this week to reduce stress! ha!

got on the scales today:


Down 3.2lbs!


What is different this week. Well, I know that this week I did lower my calories a bit, and I made an even bigger effort to get my water in, I did 2 big walks, and I did something that I've not done before. Really adjust my eating to compensate for earlier meals. I'm working hard on the mental side of eating, and trying to find myself actually hungry before each meal. Apparently, its working!

I am so excited to read about how everyone else has done.

Awesome job! That is a great loss for a week. The mental work in weight loss is probably harder than anything else.

That is FANTASTIC! And you've worked hard to lose those pounds. I'm proud of you!! Obviously, your body likes the added water (which boosts metabolism), and reduced calories. I think the mechanics of weight loss are not so difficult to grasp - the mental aspects, as you alluded to - are where the journey is won or lost.

It is great to self-analyze, but you go beyond that and actually implement ACTION (and the more consistently action is applied, the better the results). Excellent work!

I'm looking forward to watching your progress this month. You are in the zone!

Congratulations! You totally rocked that scale.

I was surprised to lose 3 pounds this week....just as Allan predicted.

Keep up all of that hard work. It's paying off.

Girl, you owned that scale!! I'm so jealous, LOL! I was expected to lose 3, but I came in with 2. We're going to rock December!!
