Hello Legs!
My legs... they hate me. Lots!!
I'm like the caring disciplinarian parent to the naughty tween. "Legs, even though you didn't like it, 25 flights of stairs was good for you, it builds character and will make you stronger"
OH, God! My legs aren't liking me either today! Good cardio workout, too, eh? Are you planning on keeping this up? I'm going to do this 5x a week at work on my lunch.

I did it again today!! I thought that I wouldnt make it - but once I started it was easier to keep going.
So yeah, I think that I'll keep it up. Its an amazing workout, and apart from the initial agony that I'm having, I think its going to be great! :D
