Welcome

Thank you for stopping by to perv on my blog, as I fight myself to change my old habits and make new ones to get fit. I don't get it right all the time, but I'm still here and I'm still working at it.

Weigh in day!

omg. I'm so far behind. I'll have to give a quick catch up and then its on with the new week.

Weigh in: 285.4lbs
Down .6lbs

This last week has been a complete shit show of off and on again tracking, not managing my water and full on careless eating.

I was well over my 1950 calories on most days. I have been eating out and not bothering to really count what is going in. Happily, I've been walking and getting in "most" of my water. I know there are good and bad times, but this was not fun.

Being careless with my weight is a slippery slope that can easily pull me down into a deep pit. I'm NOT going to let that happen. Constant vigilance.

So there - Tamzin - you had a bad week. You ate garbage and shit. Did you like it. No, you did not. So, get on top of pre planning and stop the last minute "starving" eating and poor choices. My husband is to be congratulated though - he stopped me from eating fast food this weekend three time. That was really a help.

Right. Today is a day off for me. I'm heading out to the park to go walking.

Even though you wanted more, 0.6 is still a loss. Have a great week this week!

Sometimes it is so hard to find that inner command button that just says "no". I have been battling it myself for the last couple of week but hopefully am now it getting under control.

.6 loss is great. Now time to get back on the calorie wagon. :) It's so so easy to slide off. I know.

Here's to a great week of eating on plan.

Still a loss and moving in the right direction - congrats for that! Kudos to your hubby. Trying to stop me when I have my mind set on fast food is near an impossible task.

Enjoy your day off and here's to a great week.

Sometimes there seems to be real value in those times where I'm not tracking so I'm able to really compare it to when I am. I really prefer to have that feeling of being in control. Way to get things turned around!

Be thankful that despite being off plan, you did not gain. And you stopped and realized things were getting out of control.

Now, back to it. Make the utter commitement to drink the water no matter what. That's pretty easy, right :) I hope this week is a breeze for you, foodwise, and your next weigh-in is da bomb.

Later, T

What Princess said!! I had an off weekend and gained! So glad your husband helped though, mine probably would have taken advantage of my weak moment!
