I'm hoping the water is magic for me today too. I am restless and sometimes that make me want food when I'm not really hungry. I just keep sipping and sipping.:)

I'm still working on building a relationship with water. I don't know if it's because of laziness or what, but there are days that I just don't drink nearly enough. I would like to drink about 220 oz a day. I feel better when I do drink more, except for the frequent urination. Need to keep working on it so that it can do it's magic. Glad it's working for you!
I'm going to have to try this brand of sorcery.
