Welcome

Thank you for stopping by to perv on my blog, as I fight myself to change my old habits and make new ones to get fit. I don't get it right all the time, but I'm still here and I'm still working at it.

Tamzins Double Dog Dare You Ticker!

My homage to the 14lbs that I lost on Allan’s DDDY Challenges. A watering can for the vast oceans of water that I have learned to drink and love every day.

Proceed at your own risk

What else can I say about this, other then:

Dear Body,

I'm really really sorry that I have treated you like this. I'm also sorry that it had to get this far for me to have to make some changes.

Love,
Me
xo

... ug. I did it... but I'm not happy about it. Updated the side pictures in a fit of inspiration from Greta at the Big Bottom Blogger! For all of you out there that are here looking. I'm sorry for the gratuitous butt shot. But underwear isn't made to hold that in anymore. Well... not any that I own.

On a side note - I think that it is quite funny that I have almost the same floor and wall colour in my new house as in the last one. HA!

When I first posted my pics on one of the body building boards, I was very embarrassed because of all the fit people there. Someone wrote, "It takes brutal honesty to admit one's faults and tremendous strength not to be overwhelmed by them." It really struck me as a quote to save-- and now I am passing it along to you!

Keep the faith!

Pictures are great motivators and what better time of the year than the new year to get motivated.

BTW, I've never found a pair of undies that keep all my bits covered. I think that is why thongs are so popular, if you can't keep it all covered, leave it all uncovered!

Way to go Tamzin! Way to acknowledge what your current reality is - now its time to fight for what you want your actual reality to be.

Hi Tamzin. I am full of admiration for you doing this. You are very brave. And very honest.

Good Luck in your mission to love that body better with good food and plenty of exercise.
