Tonight after dinner I wanted something sweet - but instead of getting ice cream or peanut butter....

I had half an orange!

Staying the course....I'm so glad I decided to drop in on my blog friends... It's great to read how many of those in blogland are staying on track given the holidays.

I have fruit at home but I keep grabbing those carbs. Have a Happy New Year.
