Queen Excuse of Excuse Island

I am full of excuses today! I did not get to my step class, I ended up working late today.

I could have gone to the gym, but ....my feet hurt...my back was sore from yesterday..... I didn't want to .... too tired.... wanted to go home..... don't care enough..... was just plain old tuckered out...all of the above.

I came home and had dinner and watched 3 hours of biggest looser.

I'm off to bed now. Tomorrow is a 30min cardio day and I can NOT miss this one.

We all hear ya sister! Exercise is something you have to make an appointment with and keep it, like the doctor. But sometimes it just doesn't work out that way :o/

Well, hopefully three hours of The Biggest Loser was inspiring to you.

I bought the book by Dr. H (Where Did All the Fat Go?) and while it's not the most inspiring read, there were a few things that really stood out to me.

One was that when we are sore and ache, the best thing to do is exercise. I always thought we shoudl rest. Apparently it helps us to heal faster.

Of course the other thing that inspired me was his directive to do two workouts a day...which I hope to get back to.
