You will all be happy to know that things are moving forward slow and steady.
I've been to Canada and back, to the gym 5 times times, started a new job, drove to San Antonio and back yesterday for a concert, cleaned the house, did all my laundry, AND managed to lose 4lbs. I am feeling pretty happy with that for the last bit of time.
Food is getting better, but it is not my strong suit. I am going to go to My Fit Foods tomorrow morning and get my weeks lunches. I've been having a shake for breakfast, that keeps me full up - but I've been lacking fruit in the old menu.
There is a salad bar in the small food court in my new building, which I have used. However, this might be more nutritious and a better bang for my buck.
I've been trying hard with water but not getting far, I'm dehydrated for sure. So that has to pick up. Plus, peeing gets you away from the desk more!! :)
Also, I've done some organization around the house/home office. Which always makes one feel like they are in more control!
A giant thank you to you all who posted. Its hard when you start to feel really disconnected, and having you all post up was brilliant. I shall be sending out some reciprocal love asap!
