Weekend...coming up!

Wednesday I pulled myself out of bed and got to the gym for my cardio. My back is feeling better - but not 100%. I think I strained something. I am going to stick with just my cardio this next week and see how it goes. I don't think that I did anything too horrible.

Just the usual. Fat and out of shape + pver exhursion = ouchy

I have had 2 nights of poor sleep. Its 9pm and I'm heading to bed in about 30min. Read, relax and rest.

Tomorrow is cardio in the am.

I've had that happen to me, too. Best solution I've found is a heating pad for 20 minutes, no heating pad for 20 minutes then heating pad again for 20 minutes. I really works to get the back muscles relaxed and healed sooner.
