This weekend I spent a fair amount of time walking around - but didn't do a great job with the eating.
Friday I did go to the gym and get in my first full week completed of cardio. I am happy to announce that I got up this Monday and went as well. However the time is slipping back ever so slightly each day - so I need to get that under check if I want to get in a full workout.
The Hubby and I have actually been enjoying the mornings up and wake and energized. I slept poorly last night though - so I'm sucking hind teat today. I'm going to be in bed and rest before 9 and asleep at 10.45.. of at least this is the plan.
There is also another new plan. Since we are enjoying the mornings and I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE coming home after work and knowing that all the exercise of the day is done. We are going to do this.
M/W/F - cardio
T/Th - weights. 3 exercises, 3 sets of 10 reps. That should do it for time in the morning and add in the weights that we wanted.
And will leave our weekends free to enjoy ourselves without worrying about trying to fit in a gym session if we are busy.
Tomorrow is weights day one.

weighted split jumps
That should leave my legs suitabley abused for tomorrow at the office! :)
