I meaured inches on Saturday and was pretty darn happy. Down 2.5 inches which is great for all the hard work that I have been doing.

Then... I pulled out the dreaded scale on Sunday. It had to be good news right, I just HAAAAD to know.


I'm off work today and procrastinating on getting my walking in. I'm going to post then then head out to the gym. 45min and 200 cruches. Ug.

I say tell that scale to kiss your butt!! You are doing great, you are doing what needs to be done, and your awesome. So the scale is lagging behind i say dump the scale and eventually it'll catch up :)

Scales LIE!!! They are such liars. I can be having a great week, eating right etc., then step on the scale and nosedive into a vat of fries. Just hold your head up and know that you are doing good things for your body. The lost inches are proof!
