Ugh! I was feeling the same way last night and now I'm on a much stricter eating regime because of my glucose levels. I tried to ignore the hunger until 9:00pm when I finally had a handful of peanuts. That helped me and I still stayed within my calories.Did you do better than me? Were you able to conquer the hunger? :)
My sugar free gum is annoying, but it does take the edge off.
managed to do dishes and fight with husband to avoid eating.... ha! victory.... I guess! ;)
