how many hours in a day?

Couldn't I just get like 2 or 3 more sometimes? just so I can try and catch up??

The last three days have been flat out from sun up to sun down. I did manage to get in two walks of about 45-50min each. Very pleased with that....even though I have yet to update my goals on the side....(might do that next).

Monday night I had the extreme pleasure of seeing Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Raiders playing at a small venue here in the Big H-bomb. He is hilarious, and can really kick the crap outa a banjo!

Tuesday morning at 8am sharp I had a second interview with an O&G company... very pleased about that and am awaiting details. Better job - better $ and better benefits. They offered me the job - now awaiting the background check etc...Fingers crossed they don't find out about me being fat...oh wait.... haha!!

I'm now totally bagged - not enough sleep - stress and catching up at the office from my morning off (I did the right thing and lied about an appointment and booked personal time! haha).

Tonight we have a standard coffee date with a group of friends, but I was just not in the mood... convinced hubby to go walking with me. :) It was really nice out - getting dark and cooled off a bit from the sunny day.

Eating has been off. I'm feeling FAT really really fat. I think that this is both hormonal and mental... but it sure isn't fun. I have been off my counting calories - always bad... I have NO idea what is going in anymore and that spells disaster.

I tried to get some clothes for work this weekend and was disappointed in my size... I don't know what I was expecting... but this isn't it. Once again...goal setting and achieving has not happened.

So... here we go. I'm getting on the scale tomorrow morning - (because I lack the sack to get on right now) and I will say this now... and forever....

I (yes me) WILL (no excuses) LOSE 25lbs before JULY 30th - which is my 36th Birthday.

Sunday already

this has been a loooong week. Lots of going on and super busy. Not pleased with progress at all.

No weight in either.... thats my fist miss in ages!!! :(

I have been walking lots, which is good. But not so great on food and ate out a few too many times this week.

My April goals are done... and I failed miserabley about getting to the gym to lift.

Need to redo these and get my arse moving again while the getting is good.

okay, fighting the urge to eat now... its almost bedtime and I've got the snacky feeling.

Went for a walk today, had a great lunch, and excellent dinner. Must make myself busy!

WI Day

Blogging is not going well, but most everything else is plugging along in the right direction.

I've been walking, went to the gym once this week and have been eating ok. I've been craving lots of sweets this week - even drank the diet coke I had stashed in my drawer.

WI - 293.6lbs

Down from last week. Off to go walking, get groceries, make lunches and get the rest of the Sunday Chores done.

One foot in front of the other

Blarg... I'm having a tough couple weeks. Pulled up my socks, well packed them up and took them to the office - had a weights workout on Monday and then managed to get in a walk after work today.

Slowing slipping into better habits again.

The M&M bug struck again today - luckily no cash helped me with that battle. I now have a full can of diet coke in my desk drawer. Whenever I have a craving for it I just pull the drawer open - look at it and that pretty much does it for me! ha! Funny how the brain works.

Slowly plodding ever onwards! Water is getting better as well.

Wednesday...here I come!

Restart!

Hey Self....

Remember this Post?? Well, you should be cause you have not been doing any of that.

Do this:

Eating right (salads and good foods at the office)
Getting in 5 days of exercise
Drinking lots of water
Getting good sleep
Being prepared
Small steps, each and every day

Not This:

M7M's 2 times in a single day
eating out four times this week
Not drinking enough water
Getting soda with a meals
Not going to the gym
Not walking in the evenings

So this is really no surprise at all.
