I need more sleep.... and water.
Today was excellent (apart from not getting enough water). Ate well - just under my calories with lots of fruit and veg.
I skipped my lunchtime workout... BUT .... I went right after work and did my quick 30min weights! 3 sets dumbbell snatches with 20lbs weights. 10 each arm. Did my 40 crunches.
Feels good.
Bedtime.....Now!

Good for you doing your strength training. You really are doing great!
I need to start strength training. I have all my dumbbells and resistance bands in place, I just got to work it into my weekly schedule.
Can I ask how you started your weight training and what exercises you started with...etc??
FYI: you may notice that my blog got somewhat smaller...the entires that is. I am having to cut back on the amount of time I spend on the computer so I am going to be posting just once a week, on Saturday morning and updating my pages that day too.
I wanted to let you know in case you may of thought I had disappeared...hehe
