Weights Done.

5min warm up on the treadmill
dynamic stretching.

3 set 6-7 reps 1 arm dumbell snatch - 25lbs
3 sets suitcase walk/farmers walk (20seconds) - 40lbs
3 sets 6-7 reps Front squats - 65lbs

Stretching. Showering. Feeding. Watering. Working. Sitting!
