Monday Monday....
blarg!!!
okay, fighting the urge to eat now... its almost bedtime and I've got the snacky feeling.
Went for a walk today, had a great lunch, and excellent dinner. Must make myself busy!
Ugh! I was feeling the same way last night and now I'm on a much stricter eating regime because of my glucose levels. I tried to ignore the hunger until 9:00pm when I finally had a handful of peanuts. That helped me and I still stayed within my calories.
Did you do better than me? Were you able to conquer the hunger? :)

I hope the snacky feeling left. Brushing your teeth might help. Or drink a little water to fill you up.

My sugar free gum is annoying, but it does take the edge off.
managed to do dishes and fight with husband to avoid eating.... ha! victory.... I guess!
